I came here to post because apparently there are some misconceptions about why I quit the guild. Last night I was advertising in trade chat for a togc10 run, because my friend needs the armor pen ring for his PVP set. As soon as I posted the LFM message, I got a whisper from Paradoxinia, saying "I thought you were tired of your hunter?" to which I responded.. "no, i'm tired of raiding on a schedule." He proceeded to tell me that I just wanted to be carried through the Lich King and put me on ignore before I could explain myself.
This was pretty offensive to me. I knew hardly anyone in the guild for more than 2 weeks but I get accusing whispers from CT members when they don't know anything about me, so here are the REAL REASONS I quit, and if anyone believes otherwise then I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you.

I have a band. This band practices on Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday. Those are some of CT's raid nights. I knew before I joined when my practices were and when CTs raid nights are. My band's practice is normally over about an hour before the raid so its normally no big deal. However, sometimes things happen and practices starts late or runs later than normal. If this were the case, I would have to LIE to my real life friends, so I could make up an excuse to go raid. I have done this for months on end and it finally started to wear on me. I was tired of ignoring my friends phone calls so I wouldn't have to make up a false excuse not to go to the bar with them because I had to raid. I left Lithium because I thought I just didn't like raiding with them, because I didn't like most of the people in that guild. Once I raided with CT a few times I realized it wasn't my old guild I was burnt out, it was raiding in general, especially scheduled raiding.

If that is not enough "proof" for some people, which I shouldn't even need to provide in the first place.. then take this into account.
My characters have not done any Icecrown raids since I left. Only my druid has raided, and that was VOA for pvp gear. My characters are in a guild with THREE PEOPLE in it. Me and my 2 RL friends that play WoW.
So. If I wanted to be "carried through Lich King", would I not have left CT for another, farther progressing, raiding guild? Would I not still be trying to get into a new guild? I am doing none of these things. So I'm sorry if people want to make up reasons why I left, but they are not true. I know this is a wall of text, but I was kind of upset by the accusations Para threw at me, and I wanted to come here and explain myself. I really liked everyone in the guild, and enjoyed the pace and atmosphere of the guild. I just cannot bring myself to raid on a schedule anymore.

Not that my reply will make you feel better or worse. Why you left the guild makes little difference right now, I personally have no conflict with you or anyone that leaves for whatever reason. If you decide that sorting napkins by size peaks your interest over raiding, more power to you.

I wish you luck in your endeavors, rl or in game.
